How to Log into UCSD My Chart:

• Go to the UCSD My Chart Login website. myucsdchart.ucsd.edu

• Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link there and the password reset webpage opens.

• Date of Birth
• Email address

How to Register:

• In order to register for a new account the user must open the My Chart homepage. myucsdchart.ucsd.edu
• Secondly, there is the new user section below the login section.
• Click on the ‘Sign Up Now’ button there and the registration page opens.
• On the new page enter the following information to complete the personal identification section:
• My Chart Activation Code
• Last 4 digits of SSN
• Date of birth
• Click on the ‘Next’ button below and you can register.

Pay bill as a Guest:

• For making bill payments as a guest open the My Chart homepage. myucsdchart.ucsd.edu
• Scroll down and there is a button tagged ‘Pay Bill as Guest’.
• Click on it and you will be taken further to the guest payment website.
• Provide the guarantor account and guarantor last name.
• Tap on the ‘Look Up’ button beside to pay your bill.
